Intro to Radical Collaboration

"You can’t compete externally if you can’t first collaborate internally. "
— Jim Tamm, Senior Judge and co-founder of Radical Collaboration

During the two hours, we will be introducing Radical Collaboration®, an experiential learning method for developing individual skills that reduces defensive behavior and builds trust-based relationships. Radical Collaboration® teaches how to skillfully navigate conflicts and turn adversarial situations into situations of trust and collaboration. It builds on five essential collaborative skills: We discover how collaboration begins with the inner work of individuals. Looking at ourselves enables us to take responsibility for our contribution to a successful collaboration and to a “green zone” environment.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn how to create a high trust, collaborative environment

  • Learn the five skills to build collaborative relationships

  • Become aware of your own defensive behaviour and take responsibility for them

  • Reduce conflicts at the workplace and in your life in general
