“How can we tackle the underlying dynamics and root causes that are at play and shift our perceptions and assumptions of the systems we are part of?”
What will happen:
This module is focusing on and supporting you in mapping your own eco-system to understand the leverage points for transformation, in particular by:
widening our individual and collective capacities for different ways of knowing, using Systems Thinking and Systems Sensing approaches, including Body Work and Systemic Constellation
seeking out blind spots and marginalized edges of the system you are addressing, you are part of and you are working in
understanding the underlying dynamics and dynamic forces of a given system and how to make them explicit to create greater coherence
identifying the different actors in the field and mapping out their relations
sensing the potent leverage points for societal transformation and the elements of caution in it
creating an awareness for the system to see, sense and shift itself
