Initiating Societal Transformation: Catalyst Lab Module 1

  • Villa Unspunnen 7 Oberdorfweg Wilderswil, BE, 3812 Switzerland (map)

Module I

Guiding Question:

“How do we strengthen our inner capacities that enable the conditions for societal transformation?“

What will happen:

In this module you will receive the support for creating more explicitly the conditions necessary to initiate societal transformation in your context. This is an essential step as it determines the unfolding of change projects. It’s a time to deepen and sharpen your intention, in particular by:

  • Clarifying your personal calling, the questions and vision you hold, as well as framing more explicitly the challenge you want to address

  • Understanding what it takes to initiate transformational change, both on a personal and group/collective level

  • Starting an inner and outer journey

  • Creating a conscious container and resources for meeting the complex parts when engaging with transformation, including designing a peer group for the journey ahead from your own eco-system

  • Creating a strong and awareness-based intention and calling question

  • Identifying an initial set of driving forces of your ecosystem to explore and be mindful of

This retreat will be held with max. 30 participants at beautiful Villa Unspunnen surrounded by nature.
