This is the question we want to explore in this dialogue, that goes deep into the topic of Gender Equity, and to explore it amongst a diverse group of individuals. We wish to have a conversation where we ask the more difficult question, and open up to talk about the true assumptions, ambiguities, experiences and questions we have regarding our very own patterns, roles, identities, limitations, expectations related to gender.

As a participant you can expect a space for exchange, for learning and for connection. A space where our main focus is to experience and learn from being in the question and in the dialogue itself, rather than on finding answers and produce tangible solutions as fast as possible.

What is a Dialogue Evening?
Dialogue Evenings are 3 hour exchange and conversation, designed to create an authentic, safe and inclusive space in which we enable conversations between a diverse group of people (who would not usually meet) to explore deep connections and new ways of viewing the problems we as individuals or as a collective are facing.
Dialogue Evenings shift the conversations we usually have around difficult, complex and sometimes ambiguous topics, by approaching topics not from a place of debate & problem solving but from a place that explores opinions, experiences, views and questions on a deeper level, to understand their systemic nature.

What questions drive this invitation?
Is this a straight forward problem? Or is there another place we need to start this conversation from?
Is it clear who is the prosecutor and who is the perpetrator in this problem?
What is behind it, when even a declared feminist, realises to have a strong unconscious bias favouring men over women in the work life? Do we all have moments where we unintentionally discriminate a person because of her gender? And what can we learn from these moments? We have all been raised in this culture. How can we, without judgements, come to understand he unconscious gender bias that is ingrained in most of us?
